Plastic Man has not had many “solo” adventures/comics.
First Series 20 issues (1966-Dec to 1977-Nov)
Second Series (mini series actually) had 4 issues (1988-Nov to 1989-Feb)
Third Series 20 issues (2004-Feb to 2006-Mar)
Forth series (mini series actually) had 6 issues (2018-Aug to 2019-Jan)
I would pick the two mini-series, plus its 80-page giant (2003) and the Special (1999).
At times, it is TOO comical. So whatever you do, don’t read it after reading Batman/Detective. Even Batman said plastic man annoys him, or something along those lines.
