I was so excited for the SW Podracer game to come out on Switch and it turns out, it’s just a port and not a remastered game.

That’s no surprise. It would require more work than what they want to do in order to remaster it.

Shame, really. I would have liked them to add a racing feature for online play. Still love the game though.

I still have my N64 copy so I doubt that I would buy the port version on the Switch. I would love to see a new podracer game with updated graphics, more characters, and new tracks that span then entire prequel and original trilogy.
