I might buy ad space on digital billboards with this in my town for no other reason than to put it out there.

I am implying nothing and what you asked is illogical.  The meme speaks for itself and is quite obvious. Flags are a symbol of/for allegiance and 2 examples are provided.

One could also make the argument with the same 2 pics that flags ,when displayed in that overt fashion,  are a sign of domination.
