Quote Option in thread replies

A quote button would be great in for replies. When dealing with a growing thread and multiple participants, it’s cleaner than @ing people, imo.

Yes, absolutely.
Quoting is a must-have feature.

Sometimes, you just want to reply to specific parts of a post, and right now you have to manually insert a quote, manually copy paste the part of the post, etc.

What would be optimal would be some JavaScript code that automatically detects when you have selected part of a post and then inserts only that when clicking on the “quote” button.

I third that! I know you can make your own quote in the text editor box. However being able to direct quote is much easier and more efficient when trying to have a conversation.
