Silent Hill 2 Remake W or L? Massive Stakes

Silent Hill 2 Remake, Will This Be A WIN or LOSS For Silent Hill’s Future?
Can this be the highest stakes in gaming history? I think it is. For decades, fans have been asking for more Silent Hill games including remakes. We got some duds for the most part. Now in a matter of days, Silent Hill 2 Remake is coming out.
What if this fails? What if this succeeds? This is what we discuss in the video. Me & my bud  Neco42  are lifelong fans & residents of Silent Hill. I came from Apartment 302 & he from Toluca Lake. I strongly believe it will be at least, a minimum a strong 7/10 from what I see so far. I cannot give it a higher rating because we are just going off of footage of the game & what  Bloober Team  has done since the original reveal. Once I have my hands on the game (I preordered the Physical PS5 copy) I also registered for a review copy, still waiting for the results.
Neco predicts either an 8 or 9/10. I could see why. But regardless we both think it will be a great game based on what we have been shown. We have both been critical of the game from day 1. Sometimes we were overly critical & you know what? We had & have every right to be, because we Love our home town of Silent Hill & we just want a chance to revisit our town. I understand why some people are skeptical, but you should not Hope the game is a failure because you don’t like what you have seen because they changed certain things, be it acting, scenes, puzzles, dialogue… We will both agree on the criticism for Maria is 100% merited, that is not Maria, that is Mary, there are 2 Mary’s in the remake.
We should ALL hope that the game is good, I mean we have all been asking for more, MOAR Silent Hill, so how could we get more if we hope this is a failure? How do we do that? Very easy: Criticize what you don’t like & praise what they do good. That way they know what is working & what is not. I am so tired of people that never change or review/discuss honestly because they can’t be seen flip flopping sides or views. That is so pointless especially since Team Bloober has actually LISTENED to what we had to say & made many changes…except for Maria lol (yes, she does matter that much) God knows so many studios today refuse to listen to the customer, the gamer & they give us garbage that NOBODY ever asked for, like Suicide Squad, Kill The Justice League or the upcoming Dragon Age Veilguard, that kept everything quiet until the reveal, so they didn’t have to deal or compromise with the player base they just kicked out. We can’t wait to play the game, check out Neco42 on the 6th, since he got the digital deluxe version with the early access & come back here on the 8th for my Late game play since I only bought the physical copy lol. Thank you for watching & as always stay Stellar & stay tuned for more Silent Hill.
