Ok, so there are some bloopers and mistakes that most people know, such as the storm trooper hitting his head on the door on the Death Star. But there are smaller, more subtle ones that some might not noticed.
For instance, anyone ever notice that when Han is lowered into the carbonite chamber, he has binders on his arms with a chain that goes around his back. When he is released in Jedi, he no longer has the arm binders attached.
Also, I noticed for the first time in Empire (special edition version), when the scene cuts to Vader’s arrival on the Star Destroyer (after Luke is rescued by the Falcon), the footage used was that of Vader’s arrival on the second Death Star. It was cut off before Vader starts speaking with Jerjerrod but for a split moment you can see Jerjerrod waiting for Vader.
