Two things can be true at once.  We can speak to a previous time as being good without saying everything at that time was better.  No point in time is perfect or 100% good.  I would like the 50’s to return to the US but when I say that I mean the good parts and not all of it.  Although I am sure the first thing that pops into someone’s mind is.  OMG, you want racism back?  No, I want the general good times and economic freedom/success back.  The irony there is even with those racist restrictions in place, black folks (as a whole) did far better than now.  The welfare state and preference has destroyed those communities.  I think if the welfare state did not happen black folks would be doing as well as anyone else right now and we would not be talking about racism 24×7 because there would not be a divide.

But to that picture.  If it’s a real picture (as in it reflects actual life at the time) it does not matter who took it or why.  If Hitler painted a beautiful picture, it’s still a beautiful picture, just one painted by an evil man.

The people engineering the world right now want 2 things.  Dramatically less people and no borders for a 1 world government.  Hence the division, war, strife, closing farms, pushing no value on life (abortion and such) and so on.  And this to me seems Biblical.

This is Matthew 24.

“You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. Now, everyone likes to claim the end times are now. That could be, seems like it.  But if we will take one part of this teaching as fact then we must take all of it and it also says this.

“But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son,[f] but only the Father. ”

These passages don’t tell us when the end starts and it’s far away.  It tells us when we see these things, it’s about to happen.

Of course not, and my argument is not that 2024 is the greatest time to be alive. My argument is simply that no matter how angry ”wokeness” or the word nibling makes you, living in 2024 is more stable and provides a better quality of life than living during WW2 under the occupation of nazi Germany.

Greatest time to be alive is going to be very much based on perception such that I do not think it’s worth talking about.  Maybe in parts of the west it’s good.  Not so for many other places.  I am sure Ukraine does not care for 2024 and I doubt the Israelis or Palestinians are fond of 2024 either. I bet Iran prefers the 70’s very much to 2024.

I am not sure how you define quality of life.  And this is something I have put thought into recently.  I don’t think quality of life is based very much on longevity or the amount of things you have. If that is how we define quality of life then yes 2024 is great in the west.  I think people had far more meaningful live decades ago and this is why so many are miserable today.  They have stuff, but no meaning to their lives and they are upset and sad as they don’t know how to obtain it because all the lies of society are not working for them.  This leads to hopelessness.

But one picture can give a very false impression of life from that time. It absolutely does matter why someone took it. It would be a deeply unserious argument if I countered @comicsgate ’s accusation of Paris being shit today by googling ”happy French people 2024” and laying it out as evidence that it is sunshine and rainbows. With this method, I could take literally anything tragic and show a positive picture, claiming ”the picture is real”.

That’s textbook propaganda, altering or hiding details in order to make something look different, for example in a more positive light.

One picture of anything can give a person a false idea.  This is because as humans we make assumptions as we are intelligent beings we ponder beyond just what we see.  We see one puzzle piece and try to construct the whole puzzle around it for understanding. But this does not mean it is propaganda.   I agree it is proper thought practice to question such a thing.  But that cuts both ways.  Don’t assume it’s true, but don’t assume it’s untrue.

Also “wokeness” does not anger me.  It concerns me because it’s an agenda religion that people whom are searching for something latch onto and find false meaning in because the establishment gives them preference and protection.  That preference and protection is extended but it’s an exchange for allegiance. But that allegiance will destroy you and when they are done with you they cast you aside and then all you have left is a country you helped destroy.  The urban black communities for decades have made this exchange and they have been decimated.  You end up exchanging preference/priority for shackles.

You seem very focused on groups based on religion and race.  That’s the same Marxist behavior you would probably complain about the radical left engages in.  So you agree with the practice you just prefer different groups?

Zoom out.  They want you to focus on the puppets so you never find the strings.

The key word above is “unelected.”

Unelected is different than selected but it still means someone chose a person.  In the case above I am sure someone on high selected that man and precisely because he was Muslim. Is it because the selector like Muslims? No, most likely because just as some groups are used to harm the US so are some groups used to harm the UK.

These groups are used because they are a minority and are given preference and privilege by the government in exchange for allegiance. They are used as a tool of division because they can be defended with “racist”, “sexist” or “phobic”.  This is intentional and planned and why those groups are selected.  But they too will be enslaved under tyranny with everyone else when the times comes.
