Twenty years since Shadow the Hedgehog’s debut and the impact he would have on the franchise from that point still cannot be understated. He still manages to be popular and his character deserves better.
While I prefer Sonic Adventure 1 for its world and story, it’s still by a narrow margin. SA2 has definitely earned its place as one of the best in the Sonic Hall of Fame, and it’s definitely a good thing it did things a little bit differently. I spent countless hours playing this game, and it’s something I still go back to. It was the perfect way to end an era, but for many, it was the beginning of a new one, too.
