My favourite bit was the highway chase scene. I love how it’s called ‘Highway To the Anger Zone’ on the soundtrack lol. Clearly a nod to ‘Danger Zone’ from ‘Top Gun’. Funnily enough, we had that being played on as pre-film music!
July 1, 2022 at 5:53 am #274504John Campea says Court of Owls will be the next villain? That would be something new on film. “Talon” was the villain mentioned. Fans in comments say to save it for a third film or after Joker. Not sure if you saw Tom King’s Batman Catwoman comic, but I thought it was good. Also, I thought the Joker 2 title was lame and that a no-brainer title would be Joker2: “Clown World.” Court of Owls would peak my curiosity only because it’s a foe we haven’t seen in the movies yet. Also, Campea virtue signaled recently and I thought it was bad form. If this was Pattinson’s idea, he definitely has a brain in his head.
July 1, 2022 at 6:50 am #274505Robert Pattinson is actually a very big Batman fan and has always seen nearly every Batman film on its release date. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s Batman villains out there that he wants to go up against but I do think they should take a break from putting The Joker in as the main villain. As for the ‘Joker’ sequel, I’ve no problems depending on how they do it because I’m a fan of musicals and I do admit to liking Lady Gaga as an artist but I’m not very familiar with her acting abilities. From what I’ve heard about her on ‘American Horror Story’ though, I think she’d be able to pull off Harley Quinn.
