Sergeant Slaughter. So badass that even Snake Eyes took a backseat to him. And this guy barely uses a gun (or any weapon). Assuming he’s based on the wrestler of the same name, he’s easily the greatest self-insert of all time.

Shipwreck, I loved him especially in the episode where Cobra tries to make him lose his mind by giving him a synthetic family in a pretend town.
