Honourable mention to Jetstorm, Megatron’s most colourful henchman across both shows:
Unfortunately, my post seems to have been glitched out so I’ll just leave this:
I highly recommend watching this especially if you like anime. Truly the best cartoon that was cut short.
We’ll probably never get another Transformers cartoon like Prime again.
Knock Out is that one villain who is impossible to dislike.

Canada’s first complete & total 3d computer animated series, Reboot.
This series takes the function of the internet and one’s computer using terminology and language on how a computer functions to be the foundation to some wicked storytelling.
You follow a group of strong individuals with deep and masterfully developed plot lines that you follow throughout the seasons. Which is all quickly outlined in the first minute of the show per season, like many kids shows at the time.
The heroes? Incredible. The Villains? Amazing. Can’t recommend it enough for all.
Fortunately, the entire series is free and available on youtube.

Gonna have to think about this one for a while…
They say your first reaction is usually the correct one.
So I am just gonna say BEST is The Venture Brothers.
The greatest list is too long.
These were my favorites.
I watched more animes than cartoons thou. The list of animes would be much longer lol.
Not counting anime:
I highly recommend Megas XLR especially if you like anime. Truly the greatest cartoon that was cut short. I’d thrown in the Clone Wars too but it’s best watched in parts since not all the episodes are great (i.e. like the ones with Jar Jar Binks).
