Instead of hard empirical evidence, we hear this line about thought experiment, but why not just admit that the arguments presented are just not very good?

I have no secret evidence that has not been laid out already, so if you have read the reports and still decide to believe it’s all fake then I can’t provide anything more. We can discuss the case if you wish. The reason I wanted to do the thought experiment is because I want to know if y’all actually pursue truth or pursue what is the best for Trump. Which is why I asked if there is anything that would make you believe he is guilty. Proceedinf from there, there is two ways to determine how good faith you are.

    1) if you say nothing could change my mind, then I wouldn’t even try to discuss the matter with you aince it would signal you have chosen a side and will not reconsider.

2)if you would say ”I would believe he is guilty if I get evidence on X, Y or Z” and the if evidence X, Y or Z would be presented and you would still not believe, I would again assume you are bad faith.

It’s a similar case to the Andrew Tate all roads lead to Rome fallacy, where one explanation that suits your narrative (the system is rigged and against us) would explain every scenario:

Andrew Tate got taken into custody because ”the system is rigged”

    1) had he been released shortly after it would have been ”well of course he got released, he’s innocent and the system trying to cancel him found no dirt”

    2) had he been held in custody during investigation, which happened, it was ”he is being held because the system is rigged and they are making up excuses to cancel him”

Andrew Tate was waiting to get charged

    1) had he not gotten charges: “of course they found no proof because he is innocent, the rigged system just tried to cancel and innocent man”

    2) when he did get charged: “the system is rigged and they are throwing fake charges”

Andrew Tate got released from custody….

”of course he got released, the rigged system didn’t have anything on him”

….but remains in house arrest and as a flight risk

”the rigged system tries to cancel him from speaking the truth”.

No matter what the scenario, they will never even entertain the idea that maybe he actually is guilty of what he has said he did. It’s just one pre-written answer that fits your narrative which can provide an answer to every outcome.

Also the George Floyd thing, people thought he did not deserve to die even if he was a felon. Running for president is another thing

No one thinks any of that about Trump.  What we do think is that he cares about the country and the American people to some degree.

I don’t understand why it is so hard to believe that maybe he actually might be guilty, when the guy is a walking contradiction. A New York born billionaire elite larping as a populist who ”fights against the elite” a guy who never had any knowledge or interest in religion larping as one when his fans require it, a guy who represents people who have strict views on immigration, porn and recreational sex and cheating/open marriages, is cheating on his immigrant wife with a porn star, a guy who is supposedly all about law and order but is a felon and the only president (as far as I know) who tried to stop the peaceful transfer of power and force himself to stay in power. When a guy like this is talking about how the charges are fake, I have some serious issues trusting him. I would like to see some evidence suggesting otherwise, and not whataboutisms.

What would change your mind such that you find Biden even more repugnant than you find Trump?

as a person or as a president? Don’t matter though, my answer to both would most likely be ”when Biden tries to stop the peaceful transfer of power decided by a democratic process”, then I would at least put him in the same category.

A buddy of mine is waiting to see if Americans will elect someone found guilty of Trumped up charges with a rigged jury. Bill Clinton once paid Paula Jones $850,000 dollars and she was only one of many. We have been thru this all before.
Also, a new President of Mexico was just elected. Some yenta. A climate scientist. If we are to believe the NWO globalists under Soros, Fink and others, all it takes to win an election is Climate Change, abortion and gay rights. That’s it. While prices rise and people lose their homes and lost jobs under lock-downs, we are to believe that a Climate scientist is paramount to people’s votes. I just don’t buy it.

It’s the same with Trump. I don’t know what the voters care about, but if people was peace instead of war, lower prices, a thriving economy, safer streets, secure borders, and not have their streets be dumping grounds for people paid and fired up to be full of hate and accusations towards the west, then it makes sense that people would vote for some kind of right wing party or figure, but again, We are supposed to believe that Climate change, abortion and gay rights matter to normal straight people. This is if you even believe in elections at this point.

To me, Andrew Tate and George Floyd are similar in that they are both astro-turfed figures that are either propped up by globalists or Big Tech social media. I’d see statues and murals of George Floyd as far away as Afghanistan. That is basically outdoor advertising and PR.
In other words, someone is PAYING for that. A lot of bobble heads like Andrew Tate pop up on social media with a huge following and lots of swag and it’s not quite clear where these people originally came from. This reeks of PR marketing firms from tech companies. It’s a lot like how all corporate pushes plus size obese fatties or bizarre butch queers like Frosk or Megan Rapino or Leslye Headland. It’s weird how you ask a Star Wars question to Leslye Headland and she responds with the Kamala cackle laugh in maniacal fashion.

Kamala called a Murderer by CodePink during Kimmel show. Trump was the peace president.

When it comes to seeking truth, I am seeing some people direct questions to Fauci and Garland, and yet, the media only seems to care about one scapegoat figure in Trump, a candidate under which we had no wars and lower prices.

If all you care about is Climate change, abortion and gay rights, then don’t bother with any thought experiment, because that is sloganeering from simpletons and no thought is occurring between those ears.

Would say also that there is this expectation for people to care about Trump, when we’ve been looted by wars and by invaders looting our services. Big numbers and big money. Why would people care about some pettiness when Bibi and Zelensky stole billions and billions and billions of dollars?

This is too funny. The DEMonS can’t even articulate what crime(s) Trump committed. Watch as this moron’s head nearly explodes as she’s confronted directly on the matter (timestamp 9:38)

Otherwise the segment gives a very good summary of what transpired.

Russell Brand just said that Trump was interviewed and said he does not mind going to jail.

Can you imagine putting a great leader in jail with a bunch of strong alpha men who are used to taking what they want? Real smart.

I had a discussion in one of my college classes about climate change and how people consider it an important issue during their college years. However, when you’re done with college and have to pay for your own groceries and housing, rather than living off of student loans, climate change isn’t a priority anymore. My professor also agreed that when you’re supporting a family or having to pay for your own bills and food, the economy becomes a bigger issue. This is a college professor who’s saying this and makes more than most people in the country and votes democrats, so imagine how other people view the climate crisis vs. economy regarding priorities.

It basically comes down to would you rather save polar bears or have cheaper gas? I would like to have both, but unfortunately reality doesn’t work like that, and you have to actually prioritize some things over others in life. This includes voting for people who have your priorities as their own.

Whenever there is a massive chemical spill, like in Ohio, or some fires caused by riots in cities, no Climate professor looks at the billowing toxic fumes in the sky and says it’s bad for the climate. Just noticing things.

Alex Jones had a tiny portion of a rant yesterday where he talked about how it’s not just Trump, but almost every significant alternative media source is facing charges and lawfare tactics. Are we heading towards a Zelensky type situation? Or worse? Not only can they not rig elections, but they slander opponents and this same thing goes for the media. Free Speech is becoming a thing of the past.

CNN and the media lied about: Rittenhouse, Nick Sandmann, Bubba Wallace, Jussie Smollett, and yet, they still get infinite more changes, eh?

Big happenings coming out all over. Shit’s heating up. It’s exciting but also a bit unnerving, a cornered animal is the most dangerous.

All in all it’s an amazing time. People are waking up, people are seeing the weakness, fear, and shame that have been ruling our lives in service of hedonistic greed and power mongering.

Scott Adams made an interesting assertion, he said that General Milley didn’t deploy the national guard out of fear they would side with Trump…

Bill Clinton once paid Paula Jones $850,000 dollars and she was only one of many. We have been thru this all before.

You gotta understand the difference.  Clinton’s case was a civil lawsuit settlement so the payment was legal and public and was not used for campaign contribution. Trump’s was in secret from a shell company  marked as legal expenses for his presidential campaign, while falsifying business records to hide it, which makes it a felony and not misdemeanor:

§ 175.10 Falsifying business records in the first degree.

A person is guilty of falsifying business records in the first degree
when he commits the crime of falsifying business records in the second
degree, and when his intent to defraud includes an intent to commit
another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof.

Falsifying business records in the first degree is a class E felony.

Do you pay attention to details or just try to whatabout your way through everything?

    Shell Company?  What shell company?

Legal Expense = anything paid to a lawyer for for services rendered.  That is exactly what happened.  They got a bill for legal services, they paid for the legal services, and they posted it into their account system as a legal expense.

So if anyone should be convicted, would it NOT be the person who entered and the person who approved entering a “legal expense” as a “legal expense”?

A CEO or president or any such position in large corporations don’t have the time or expertise to micromanage every employee.  They hire people to manage those things.  So a book keeper, seeing an invoice from a lawyer they use for “legal expenses”, when it gets to their desk after it was been approved by their higher ups (an accountant), would enter it as “Legal Expense”.  I don’t recall anything in general accounting principals that there is an entry for “blackmail” or “extortion” or “ransoms”.

And once again, this was paid by the Trump Organization from their funds.  Not their campaign funds.  So this was NOT a campaign violation.

Once again, they statue of limitations had past, and the government organizations that review and can lay charges all declined as it was a non-issue.  But for an activist DA (who campaigned on getting Trump – a clear election interference), will a judge whom too is anti-Trump, made judicial juggling to get a conviction in an anti-Trump district/jury.  Conviction of trying to cover up a crime, which they never specified what (since there never was one, and the jury can imagine and not have to agree what  that crime that was covered up… BS).

The charge is for marking it as legal fees when it was actually a direct reimbursment to Cohen for paying Daniels, which is falsifying business records. This is a misdemeanor. On top of that, it was used as a way to hide another crime, with Trump violating New York state election law which prohibits conspiracy to promote a political candidate (Trump), and that bumps it up to a felony.

Wrong!  Cohen billed the Trump Organization for “Legal Services”, and it was entered into their books as such.

The FACT Cohen LIED about what those “legal services” were is a COHEN criminal problem, not Trumps.

      And what other crime?

…it was used as a way to hide another crime, with Trump violating New York state election law which prohibits conspiracy to promote a political candidate (Trump)

How is paying a lawyer for “legal services” promoting a political candidate?  It is NOT.

That type of illogic is like someone in congress/senate pays their accountant to do their taxes, you claim it as “professional/accounting expenses”, and the deep state charges you will conspiracy to promote a political candidate.  WTF BS is that! ! !

That is the stupidity of the whole case.

Absolute nonsense.  You are entirely blinded by hatred or team allegiance (or both) and refuse to see reality. You would likely try to flip that on me, but I think you know better by now. I do not have a team and as such don’t defend one.

Trump has been investigated far far more than any political person ever.  This nonsense is the best the establishment which will basically do whatever is needed can come up with.  At this point I assume Trump is probably one of the cleanest politicians and billionaires to ever live.  If any current politician in DC got 10% of that investigation the entire government would fall over night because all they would find is a web of treason and crime throughout DC.  Why do you think no one went after Hillary?  That nest of vipers cannot indict one of them without indicting all of them.

You can hate Trump all you want.  Make a Trump doll and stick pins in it.  Buy 100 of his books and dance around them at the foot of a Trump building as they burn in a fire and chant and holler.  I don’t care.  But this lying bullsh!t and reflecting of propaganda from person to person is one of the primary reasons this country is f’d up.  Don’t you think the establishment loves that division?   We are all so busy fighting over things not actually true we don’t realize we could all band together and overrun the government in 1 election.   But everyone is concerned about nothing but themselves instead of everyone else.  This is what the division and propaganda takes advantage of and why it works so well.  And you have so swallowed that hook, line and sinker to the point you are apparently incapable of discerning reality.  You will end up in the same shackles everyone else will if things continue on and stand in the same bread lines, and you will finally have complete equity.
