Reminiscing over Metroid IV, the first 2D Metroid I played and one of the best GBA titles ever made.
SA-X Approaches… – I remember the first time I head this my heart stopped and I pretty much just stayed there until the SA-X left the room. That thing was terrifying on the first playthrough.
Escape from the SA-X – ohgoditfoundmeohgodohfuckohgodohfuckrunnningrunningrunningrunning
SA-X Boss theme – Finally getting to confront the SA-X at the end of the game once you were strong enough to defeat it was cathartic as hell.

Getting some nostalgia for good old Star Fox – Who else loved these games?
Damn, 1997-2005 was a good time. Shame Nintendo’s efforts to continue this series hasn’t really met much success.
Andross: Peak Mad Scientist Villain. This guy was such a fruitcake.
“Only I have the brains to rules Lylat!” (Takes the form of a literal giant brain)
Wolf O’Donnell: One of the coolest arch-rivals in video games.
Star Fox Assault Alternate Title: Furries vs. Insectoid Borg
