October 22, 2021 at 8:47 pm #245802That is not surprising, since good samaritans have been sued by both the victim(s) and the criminal(s).
I heard people being sued for performing life saving CPR for not having been given permission to touch one’s chest or their mouths in order to do CPR.
Criminals suing (and playing the victim card) to both good samaritans and their intended victim… and winning those court cases.
If criminals can sue for unlawful imprisonment when someone makes a citizen’s arrest and win.
People (and lawyers) are so quick to sue for anything, and even having the police and news media telling people to NOT get involved, but do take videos so they can prosecute later. Don’t get involved incase you yourself gets injured, etc.
Criminals are emboldened by the lack of being persecuted and being able to sue and win, people are being taught NOT to do anything least they TOO become a victim.

The reality is America has 1/3 of the entire world’s prisoners. “Criminals” get prosecuted and railroaded every single hour of the work day all year long. Most people who do not work in the legal system are completely ignorant of reality.
In America, first off, anyone can be made a criminal easily. Yes, this includes you. Just give me access to your computer and within a week, I can find a felony to charge you with. Then, once you are arrested, you better have at least $200,000 in cash or you will plead out. Absolutely no doubt in my mind about this because I see it daily in the courtroom. You will never even make it to a trial. After you spend at least 2-3 years waiting to go to trial. If your lucky, you will get bail and get to spend that time at home. If your not, you will spend those 3 years in jail waiting to get railroaded.
The reality is America is by far a police state and it is getting absolutely worse. I hate the holier than thou attitudes of people. It is complete ignorance to the reality. You should get down on your knees and thank God daily that you haven’t been caught up in the legal system yet. But if you are young, all I gotta say is life is long and your odds of getting in trouble in America are very great.
Just ask the 650 prisoners they have at the Capitol. Never in a billion years did they think they would get arrested, but there they are.
