Mine is easy – Peter Mayhew. I know I’m only supposed to say nice things due to him not being alive now rah rah, but sorry I looked through the Twitter tributes and it did not match my experience at all. I stood in line for my autograph, and was watching him for almost all that time, and I did not see him look up at any one ONCE. He deliberately kept his pen in his hand, so no one could shake his hand, and when I asked, perfectly nicely, “could you make it out to Stephen please” he just went “no”. After a bit he added “cos then everyone will want name and number….”..god man I only wanted a name! This was at the London Film and Comic Con. Sorry but he was a grumpy git.

I met Peter years ago. It may have been his first convention ever in Watford. He was not personalizing photos then either. I think he had trouble writing due to the size of his hands and used a big marker pen. I assumed that he never dedicated pictures due to this problem.
