Your Favorite Star Trek Movie?

It’s hard to say which one I like the most but it’s probably Wrath of Khan. I liked all of the ST movies more or less up to and including the 2006 one. Since then I’ve lost interest in new ST movies. I never would have been able to pay attention for such long periods of time of inaction as you see in the older, TOS movies, because I have a poor attention span, but I got hooked to Star Trek because of its episodic TV format where they’d tell a beautiful story every episode from beginning to the end, and I always knew to expect a worthwhile story with a good moral message (not so much of a preachy-type message, but more food for thought) from Star Trek – which is how I got into the Star Trek movies and I’m very grateful for that.

Ranking the films is difficult, but I will say that The Search for Spock doesn’t get as much love as I think it should.
