ive never been a huge xmen fan even though i been watching them since i was a kid, the only character i care about is wolverine so my favorite xmen movies are the the ones with wolverine in it, in cluding the underrated xmen origins which is the movie that sparked my intrest in other xmen characters. i also like quicksilver and magneto and charles but quicksilver was under used especially in dark phoenix, and magneto goes through the same exact repeated storyline with charles every movie
the first deadpool movie was cool, but deadpool 2 had a predictable storyline and it felt like they were trying to hard to make dirty jokes ever 2 seconds so i never wanted to laugh, and the jokes werent really clever deadpool would just start rubbing colosus and say something gay and colosus will just stand there, its just unfunny to me and feels lazy.
August 4, 2020 at 1:57 pm #182242I disagree. Deadpool 2 was a lot deeper than what most people think. It wasn’t just trying to be “funnier” than the original. In the original he suffered cancer, in the sequel he suffered loss. The bigger the tragedy, the more jokes he makes. That’s how he copes with it. So while most people shed tears, Deadpool shed jokes.

August 4, 2020 at 2:20 pm #182249I think Deadpool 2 will be a lot better received in the future. I think we’re still living in a world where people don’t understand that this is how some people cope in real life. It isn’t made up. I faced similar situations like that before. My family and friends found it very odd that I didn’t reacted the way they thought I should have, while one of my friends went through the same thing that I did and was bursting out crying. Hey, everyone is different.
